COVID-19 Update


Some clients may feel a bit worried about coming in, so I wanted to let you know what we are doing. Some salons may not go this far but we feel it is worth it for your safety and ours.


General Information:

  • We have deep cleaned the salon and santatise after each client.

  • We have put measures in place to protect staff and clients during their appointment. (See below)

  • You will need to comply with our health & safety measures during your appointment.

  • You must not come in if you feel unwell or live with someone who is unwell.

  • Any drinks will be in disposable cups.

  • We will be using disposable towels/ couch coverings and after every client we will be allocating extra time to sanitise the whole area – so in theory you should be safer coming in here than your local supermarket 😊


When you come in for your appointment:

  • If you or someone in your household are unwell, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment. (We won’t charge any cancellation fees so don’t worry)

  • All appointments are timed between clients to carry out essential pre-treatment sanitation so please arrive on time (not any earlier or later).

  • On entering the salon please wash your hands (toilet located at the back of the salon) then use the hand gel provided.

  •  We’re not able to have anyone else in the treatment room during your appointment; so please leave children and friends at home.

  • We have plastic containers for you to put your belongings in. These will be sanitised after each client.

  • All of our clients are important to us and whilst we provide a very hygienic and safe working practice all of the time with the way that we carry out our treatments we just have additional sanitation that we want to carry out between appointments for the safety of all of us, so please bear with us.
