This is a massive up and coming treatment that’s very similar to massage, just more specific. 

 

Choose either upper body (back, shoulders, neck and arms) or lower body (calves, quads, hamstrings and feet)

Start with a massage gun on area of body and then pressure point into area (idea of this is to starve area of oxygen, promoting blood flow to muscles).
