Graham has been a key part of Tyme4u Beauty Treatments and Male Grooming from the very beginning. His dedication, support and many behind-the-scenes contributions have played an important role in helping build and grow the business.
A skilled carpenter, Graham personally fitted out the original shop and continues to lend a hand with maintenance whenever needed. With his background in IT, he’s also the go-to person for technology, troubleshooting and keeping everything running smoothly.
His practical skills, advice and unwavering support have made him an invaluable part of the Tyme4u journey.
And although you won’t find Graham performing treatments, he’s always happy to volunteer for a free one in the name of “quality control”! His sense of humour and willingness to be a test subject bring plenty of laughter to the Tyme4u team.

Becoming Employee Owned
In 2025, Hannah and Graham made one of the biggest decisions in Tyme4u’s history, to transition the business into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Their aim was to protect everything they had built while giving the people who help make Tyme4u successful a genuine stake in its future.
An Employee Ownership Trust means that a controlling interest in the company is held in trust for the benefit of its employees. Rather than individuals owning shares directly, the trust holds them collectively on behalf of the team. This gives employees a greater connection to the business and its future success.
Importantly, being employee owned also means that employees can share in the profits of the business, allowing the team to benefit financially when Tyme4u performs well. It creates a shared sense of responsibility. When the business succeeds, the people who help make that success possible can benefit too.
For Hannah and Graham, this decision was about more than ownership. It was about rewarding the team, protecting the Tyme4u name and creating a lasting legacy that could continue for many years to come.
In making this move, Tyme4u became the first beauty salon in the UK to become employee owned through an EOT, a proud new chapter in the Tyme4u story and one that puts its people at the heart of its future.
